Snowman Z Fold Card

I love Z fold cards but haven't made one in ages so I thought I'd make one using my new snowman stamp. Huge thanks to my good friend Jan for this lovely gift, he's a cutie! The card measures 5 3/4" square. I scored the front panel at 2 7/8" and folded it back to form the Z fold card.

I coloured my snowman with Coloursoft pencils and solvent. After cutting him out with a Labels Eight Nestie die, I sponged on some Bashful Blue ink. I've decorated his hat and coat with Polar White Flower Soft to add some fluffiness! Click on the photo to get a larger view to see it better.

The sentiment is stamped on a Label Trio die with a punched snowflake. Actually, it's half the sentiment, the other half is on the inside of the card. I covered the back of the card with Bashful Blue patterned paper and added Bashful Blue striped grosgrain ribbon to the front.

Here is a photo showing the rest of the sentiment inside the card:

I couldn't resist blinging my snowflakes up with pale blue crystals!

Supplies:
Stamps: Hero Arts Share the Joy Cling stamp set, Hero Arts sentiment
CS: SU! Bashful Blue & Chocolate Chip, Elzybells Smooth White CS
Patterned paper: SU! Bashful Blue Prints Designer Series Paper pack
Ink: VersaFine Vintage Sepia, SU! Chocolate Chip & Bashful Blue
Tools: Derwent Coloursoft pencils, Zest-It Natural solvent, Labels Eight Nestabilities dies, Spellbinders Label Trio die, X Cut snowflake punch, sponge dauber
Embellishments & accessories: Polar White Flower Soft, Bashful Blue striped grosgrain ribbon, blue Swarovski crystals
