I saw two Hobby Art Happy Birthday sentiments I really liked last time I was at the Glitter Pot - you know what happens when you can't decide, you buy both! I really like this bold sentiment, it's great for stamping over an image. I added Dazzling Diamonds to the peony, sponged the edges of the circle with Regal Rose ink and popped the circle up. To decorate the corners I used espresso photo corners, Regal Rose flowers
and I added pink gems to the flower centres.
I then stamped a panel for inside the card. I inked the sentiment with markers to get two colours on the stamp, stamped the leafy branch in Early Espresso ink and added three punched flowers with pink gem centres. I used circle punches and the smaller peony image from the stamp set to decorate the envelope flap.
Have you spotted my mistake? I decorated a C6 size envelope instead of a 5" square one, d'oh! I decorated the envelope while my raspberry yogurt muffins were baking in the oven and I think I must have got distracted by the yummy smell! I've now put my mistake right anyway! This is another birthday RAK card.
