Just a Bit of Nonsense for my Good Friend Debs

We're going out today with our fab friends Debbie and Mike.  Debbie loves mice and nature.  I made this friend to friend card for her using an image from last year's Peter Cross cat calendar.  The calendar was gorgeous,  it had such cute images of cats and mice.  As soon as I saw this image I knew I'd have to cut it out to use on a card for Debs.  Knowing Debs as I do, I know that the only thing better than a mouse is a podgy mouse.  And what's better than a podgy mouse?  A podgy mouse holding an acorn! 

I made a 4" square Crumb Cake card, embossed the front with a square Nestie die and used Chocolate Chip and Pear Pizzazz CS for layering the image.  The pear panel is popped up.  I stamped the sentiment on pear CS, trimmed it and added pearls.  I love my friend Jan's term for this kind of 'just because' card - she calls it 'just a bit of nonsense'.
