This layout seemed perfect for using patterned papers. Non traditional colour combos for Christmas cards really appeal to me and I love the colours in the Echo Park 'Winter Wishes' paper collection. I cut a square of blue paper, matted it onto a Perfect Plum CS layer and glued that to the front of a white 5 1/4" square card base. I stamped the sentiment onto Perfect Plum CS, heat embossed it with white embossing powder, cut the panel to size and glued it to the card. I die cut the three banners, glued those in place and added three small punched white snowflakes. I die cut a larger white snowflake, popped it up on the centre banner and added a small blue snowflake. I completed the card front by sprinkling on some rhinestones.
More patterned paper and small blue snowflakes went inside the card along with a stamped sentiment. I covered the envelope flap with the purple patterned paper and added a die cut white snowflake, a small punched blue snowflake and a rhinestone.
